আদ্রা স্টেশন / Adra Station

কটা বাজে? ট্রেন কি দেরি করছে?
সারাদিন এখানে থাকতে চাই, আমার স্টেশন আদ্রা!

শান্তিপূর্ণ এবং নীরব, যেন এক খামারের মনোরম দৃশ্য
আমি দেখছি ভেড়াগুলো বেড়া লাফাচ্ছে, মানে, কোন ক্ষতির ভয় নেই।

আমি এখানকার লোকদের পছন্দ করি, ট্রেনের আসার অপেক্ষায়;
যদি আমরা কথা বলি, তারা তাদের অতীত থেকে তাদের জীবনের গল্প বলে।

আমি ট্রেন চালকের দিকে দেখলাম, মিস্টার কোলাসো তার নাম;
আমি কখনই তার সাথে দেখা করিনি বা তার সাথে কথা বলিনি, কী লজ্জা!

কিন্তু আমি জানি এটা এখন পর্যন্ত সবচেয়ে প্রশান্তিদায়ক অভিজ্ঞতা;
স্টেশনে অপেক্ষা করার জন্য, আমি চিরকাল যাত্রায় থাকতে পারি।

আমি নিশ্চিত যে আমি আগে সব যাত্রীকে দেখেছি,
যদিও কোথায় আমি আর মনে করতে পারছি না।

এটি একটি বিশাল ট্রেন, হারিয়ে যেতে অনেক সময় নেয়।
আশা করি কোনো মূল্যে স্টেশনে হারিয়ে যাব না।

What is the time? Is the train late?
Want to stay here all day, my station Adra!

Peaceful and quiet, like the scene of a farm.
I see the sheep jumping the fence, there is no fear of harm.

I like the people here, waiting for the train to arrive;
If we strike a conversation, they tell their life stories from their past.

I look at the train driver, his name was Mr. Colaso;
I never met or spoke to him, what a shame!

But I know it's the most soothing experience ever;
To wait at the station, I could be on the journey forever.

I'm sure I've seen all the passengers before,
I can't remember where though.

It's a huge train, takes a long time to get past.
Hope not to get lost in the station at any cost.
